One of our clients, a F&B Company (noodle manufacturing) located in Istanbul, Turkey is currently seeking a Noodle Expert (NE) To be Stationed in Istanbul, Turkey.

Candidates should meet the following requirements:

• Broad and extensive experience in noodle production plants
• In-depth knowledge of noodle production, QC and R&D
• Ability to train engineers in a pilot noodle line.
• Ability to develop noodle flavors and spices as well as other noodle ingredients for different taste for different markets.
• Ability to interpret quality of noodles produced from various flour types.
• Ability to evaluate offers for noodle plants and supervise installation its installation.
• Preferably has the Indonesian nationality and has in-depth knowledge of Indonesian noodle types and especially Instant Noodle types
• Fluent in English, written and verbal

 Remuneration
