• Able to prepare and administer effective selection tests
• Able to effectively conduct personnel selection interviews
• Able to draft professional-level correspondences
• Good logical and analytical thinking
• High achievement motivation
• Able to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders
• Able to work independently and in a team
• Good English, verbal and written
• Able to operate a PC with MsOffice programs
