One of our client is currently looking for a Part-time Personal Assistant – 5 days per week @ 4 hours per day.
- Resides in or near Bintaro Jaya
- Female max. 45 years
- Holds a D3 secretarial diploma or bachelor’s degree in finance , accounting or management
- Able to draft professional-level correspondences
- Good logical, analytical and innovative thinking
- Able to work independently
- Able to interact with people from all levels
- Able to work well under pressure
- Good English, verbal and written
- Able to effectively and efficiently operate a PC with MsOffice programs
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- managing work and personal agenda: appointments, meetings, etc.
- handling financial matters: payables, receivables, credit cards, bank accounts, etc.
- handling telephone calls
- handling routine tasks based on directions given
- drafting correspondences
- handling other related duties
