Job Vacancy: Personal Assistant (Part-time)

One of our client is currently looking for a Part-time Personal Assistant – 5 days per week @ 4 hours per day.


  • Resides in or near Bintaro Jaya
  • Female max. 45 years
  • Holds a D3 secretarial diploma or bachelor’s degree in finance , accounting or management
  • Able to draft professional-level correspondences
  • Good logical, analytical and innovative thinking
  • Able to work independently
  • Able to interact with people from all levels
  • Able to work well under pressure
  • Good English, verbal and written
  • Able to effectively and efficiently operate a PC with MsOffice programs

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • managing work and personal agenda: appointments, meetings, etc.
  • handling financial matters: payables, receivables, credit cards, bank accounts, etc.
  • handling telephone calls
  • handling routine tasks based on directions given
  • drafting correspondences
  • handling other related duties
